About me

My name is Marijke de Jong and I am a horse rider, trainer and instructor. I teach the academic art of riding and wrote this FREE eBook about the academic art of riding.

With the eBook I share my scholarship, thoughts and insights and explane the meaning, usefulness an appropriateness of the various gymnastic exercises to benefit the horse.

The eBook gives you information about dressage and about schooling horses. It might form a useful guide for you if you are seeking information on how to ride and train horses. You’ll discover everything about the academic art of riding.

The academic art of riding can be applied to all horses, from Tinker, Warmblood, to Icelandic Pony and of course Iberian horses.
